About

My second feature working with Yasmin - co-edited with Thomas Ernst - about the forcible disappearances of open source developer and hacker Bassel Khartabil, and the Italian priest Paolo Dall'Oglio - two of more than 70,000 estimated to have been abducted since 2011 in Syria.

The film traces back through their brave activities during the revolution, and follows Bassel's wife, Noura, and Paolo's sister, Machi, as they search for answers and campaign for their freedom.
